The seat where the Day Master first comes to life: a place to be taught.
What the old texts say
Study fortune and intellectual growth. This is one of the least settled tables in the file: schools differ over whether the yin stems get their own birth seat, over which palace the earth stems share, and an older method reads the seat from the sound element of the year pillar instead.
Korean practice does not agree on how Learner's Star is counted, so two readers can honestly disagree about whether you carry it at all.
