What is Saju?
Saju, or the Four Pillars, is a Korean way of describing a person through the year, month, day and hour of birth. Each pillar pairs a heavenly stem and an earthly branch, and together they show a balance of five elements.
What if I do not know my birth time?
You can still get a chart from three pillars. Readings that depend on the hour say so. Our birth time finder can suggest likely time windows, but it is an estimate.
How is my reading written?
We calculate your chart with fixed rules, then an AI model writes the text from those values. Every number and date is checked against your chart before you see it. Readings are for entertainment and self-reflection.
When will my reading arrive?
Most readings are ready within a few minutes of payment. The page after checkout shows progress, and we email you a private link when it is ready.
I lost my reading link. What can I do?
Sign in with the email you used at checkout. Purchases made as a guest with that email appear in your account automatically.
How do credits work?
One credit answers one chat question. The first answer for each person is free, and a failed answer never uses a credit. Credit balances and any expiry dates are in your account.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full before you open your reading or if anything goes wrong on our side. See the refund policy for details, including withdrawal rights in your region.
How do I delete my data?
Open your profile in your account and choose to delete your data. Saved people, chats, credits and subscriptions are removed straight away.
