What the old texts say
One of the few tables the schools actually agree on, handed down as a verse. The principle usually offered for it, the output star sitting at its own seat, does not explain every entry in the table, so the verse is the authority rather than the theory.
How we read it now
Writing, explaining, turning a messy pile of information into something someone else can use.

Gets closer through conversation and messages than through grand gestures. Being able to talk is the actual requirement.
