How it is used
It is weighed up from the season, from how many peer and resource characters stand with your Day Master, and from how much of the chart pulls the other way. Strong is not better than weak: strong wants an outlet, weak wants support, and each one reads well in different years. It is a judgement rather than a measurement, the first place where two experienced readers can look at one chart and disagree, and anything built on top of it inherits that uncertainty.
